Bryan Maher is an experienced change management professional who has held senior global and regional roles in Business Excellence, Quality Management and Process Improvement for some of the world’s largest and most respected organisations. He has made significant contribution to the optimisation of business performance through the application of improvement concepts and tools.
As Global Manager, Business Excellence at BHP Billiton, Bryan led the deployment of business excellence throughout the group. As Director of Business Improvement for Honeywell Aus/NZ, he brought Honeywell to worlds best practice, as evidenced by Honeywell being awarded the Australian Prize for Business Excellence in 2000. Bryan also led the implementation of the corporate Six Sigma program across the Asia Pacific region.
Bryan brings a deep understanding of how business operates, and has managed a service delivery business (ADT) and HR, Finance, IT and Planning departments (Canon).
